The Production Coordinator will be administratively focused, assisting with the distribution of merchandise, customer service, and upkeeping the office– all while pitching in to help during recordings from building sets to holding cameras.
The Worship Initiative, located in Dallas, TX, brings music and heart training to worship leaders around the world through online resources, such as hundreds of songs with instrument demonstration videos, theology training and teaching from prominent voices in the space, and instrument training lessons.
The Worship Initiative is hiring a Production Coordinator to spearhead the administrative side of the operations department, to ensure that rest of the Worship Initiative team is set up for success, customers are taken care of, and spaces are ready-for-use. The best Production Coordinator is organized and administratively gifted, can manage multiple projects at one time, and has a creative eye and ear for video and music. Like any company, we’re looking for people who are driven, task-oriented, professional, but value having fun and building relationships. We are a small but rapidly growing business, so if you’ve got a caring and entrepreneurial spirit and passion for serving the Church through worship music, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll jump right in as we record live music, training videos, podcasts, tv shows, and more. You’ll have roles in production ranging from setting up lights and running lines all the way to holding cameras, running lights and lyrics, and for those skilled or inclined to learn video editing and more.

Running an office requires lots of moving parts. Whether it’s keeping up the space, keeping up with customers, or keeping up with all the digital assets we produce, you’ll get to provide support in all the inner-workings of maintaining our products.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
