The Marketing Strategist will organize and analyze consumer research to develop business plans to drive customer acquisition and retention– act as the liaison between the marketing and operations team to apply research to products.


Overview

The Worship Initiative, located in Dallas, TX, brings music and heart training to worship leaders around the world through online resources, such as hundreds of songs with instrument demonstration videos, theology training and teaching from prominent voices in the space, and instrument training lessons.


The Worship Initiative is hiring a Marketing Strategist to integrate marketing strategies and develop plans that build brand experiences and drive growth in our customer base. The best Marketing Strategist has exceptional organization skills, professional communicative abilities, an analytical mindset, and is a strong strategic thinker. Responsibilities


Data Analytics

Collect and analyze consumer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups in search for opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention.


Brand Strategist

Translate analyzed data into actionable business plans with other leaders in the business through brand-building workshops, campaign plans, and innovation workshops; effectively communicate and promote business plans to Content Managers


Operations Liaison

Act as the liaison between the marketing team and the content production team– direct research to provide direction toward products and brands.

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in related field.

2+ years of agency or professional marketing experience.

Experience with data analytics and reporting.

Professional verbal and written communicative abilities.
