The Sales Strategist will be responsible for developing sales strategies to position Worship Initiative content in new channels with current partners and untapped avenues– in addition to analyzing data to refine tactics.


The Worship Initiative, located in Dallas, TX, brings music and heart training to worship leaders around the world through online resources, such as hundreds of songs with instrument demonstration videos, theology training and teaching from prominent voices in the space, and instrument training lessons.

The Worship Initiative is hiring a Sales Strategist to integrate marketing strategies and develop plans that build brand experiences and drive growth in our customer base. The best Sales Strategist has exceptional organization skills, professional communicative abilities, an analytical mindset, and is a strong strategic thinker. Deploy Content in New Spaces

At The Worship Initiative, we consistently create new content. The sales strategist is working to find new channels to deploy this content to access a wider audience.

Partner Distributor Relations

Oversee content usage with vendor partners– explore additional revenue opportunities with partners and potential partners.

Operate Strategically

Our sales team operates under a “Strategies & Tactics” method, where we outline overall strategies to reach a wider audience, and then creatively strategize new tactics to realize the strategies. A sales strategist is working with a team to develop overall revenue strategies, and then they are the primary developer and executor of the various tactics that are tested. Finally, Sales Strategists work with analysts to understand varying levels of success of tactics to make wise decisions about when to continue or pivot.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.

Creative approach toward marketing and revenue generation.

Experience with music industry licensing or syncing.

Professional verbal and written communicative abilities.
