The Streaming Revenue Strategist will be responsible for managing album revenue growth through streaming and licensing - all while using a data-driven approach of evaluating the effectiveness of tactics against predetermined strategies.
The Worship Initiative, located in Dallas, TX, brings music and heart training to worship leaders around the world through online resources, such as hundreds of songs with instrument demonstration videos, theology training and teaching from prominent voices in the space, and instrument training lessons.
The Worship Initiative is hiring a Strategist to integrate marketing strategies and develop plans that build brand experiences and drive growth in our customer base. Deploy Content in New Spaces
At The Worship Initiative, we are consistently creating new content. The sales strategist is working with our content production team to explore opportunities for reaching a wider audience.
Music Streaming Performance
Oversee music streaming performance (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)– collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support new tactics for growing audiences.
Our sales team operates under a “Strategies & Tactics” method, where we outline overall strategies to reach a wider audience, and then creatively strategize new tactics to realize the strategies. A sales strategist is working with a team to develop overall revenue strategies, and then they are the primary developer and executor of the various tactics that are tested. Finally, strategists work with analysts to understand varying levels of success of tactics to make wise decisions about when to continue or pivot.
